These terms apply to your use of window-peeper-ai.org, operated by TopKits AI Technologies. Please read them with the Privacy Policy. Contact support@window-peeper-ai.org if you have questions before submitting an image or purchasing credits.

The service

Window Peeper AI provides a photo-to-video workflow inspired by the Window Peeper trend. It combines an uploaded image with a prepared reference video through a third-party generation provider. The service is independent of TikTok, Google and other similarly named websites.

AI output is synthetic and can contain visual errors, changed facial details, unexpected motion or other differences from your request. Availability and processing time can vary. We do not guarantee an exact likeness, a particular creative result or a particular processing time.

Accounts and permitted inputs

Keep your account access secure. Upload only images and other material you own or have permission to use, including permission from identifiable people where required. Do not submit unlawful material, exploitative content, non-consensual sexual content, abusive impersonation or material intended to harass, deceive or infringe another person's rights.

You authorize the processing and transmission of your submitted material to the service providers needed to carry out your request. This permission does not transfer ownership of your original material to us.

Output and publication

Review each output before using it. You are responsible for checking privacy, publicity, intellectual-property and platform requirements for your intended publication. Do not represent an AI-generated scene as documentary evidence of a real event.

The service does not grant rights to a particular song, TikTok audio, performer, trademark or third-party reference material. The ability to download a file does not establish music or commercial-use clearance. Rights in AI output can depend on applicable law and third-party provider terms.

Credits and payments

The pricing and checkout screens show any available credit packs, prices and purchase terms. Do not assume that account creation includes free generation credits. Purchasing is available only when checkout is enabled. Do not submit payment outside the displayed checkout flow.

Review the displayed generation cost before submitting a job. You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if the credits from that purchase are unused. Email support with the order reference and account email to request the refund. Confirmed generation failures restore the website credits charged for that job; this is separate from a payment refund. If a completed video has a quality issue, contact support with the task ID for individual review. A completed result you dislike does not automatically qualify as a confirmed generation failure. Applicable consumer rights are unaffected.

External trend clips are displayed to illustrate the style and are attributed where source information is available. They are not represented as output generated by this service. Contact support with a source URL to raise attribution, permission or removal concerns.

Availability, restrictions and changes

We may limit or suspend access to investigate abuse, protect security or comply with law. Provider interruptions can affect generation and downloads. Keep your own copy of output you wish to retain. Features and these terms may change as the service develops; the date above identifies this version.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. For a concern about the service, first contact support with enough detail for us to investigate.
