Information used to provide the service

When you create or use an account, the service processes account information such as your email address, profile name and authentication records. If you use Google sign-in, Google shares the profile information permitted by the sign-in flow. We do not receive your Google password.

When you upload a photo or submit a generation request, the service processes the image, selected scene, task status and generated output. Account-linked credit and order records support billing and job history. Technical request information may be used to operate the service, investigate failures and prevent abuse.

Generation providers and hosting

Uploaded photos and saved outputs are held in private storage and served through account access controls. When a generation is submitted, a short-lived signed photo URL and the scene reference video are sent through SeeAPI to process the requested generation. Hosting, storage and authentication providers also process information needed to operate the website. Provider processing can take place outside your country. Do not upload sensitive images or a third party's photo without the necessary permission.

The generation provider's own data-handling and retention practices also apply. Deleting a file or account on this website does not establish that a provider has deleted its copy. Contact support before submitting an image if you need specific retention or data-use terms.

Cookies and local storage

The service uses session information for sign-in and account security. Your browser may also retain a generation draft so that you can return after signing in. Optional analytics or other integrations, when enabled, may process usage information. Browser storage can be cleared through your browser settings; clearing it may remove a saved draft or sign you out.

Payments

If checkout is available, payment-card information is handled by the payment processor displayed at checkout. The website may retain order references, payment status and purchased credit records. Do not send full card numbers to support. Check the pricing and checkout pages for the current payment availability.

Access, retention and deletion

Automatic deletion on a fixed schedule is not currently offered. Account, upload and task records are retained as needed to provide job history, downloads, account administration and transaction records, subject to operational and legal needs. There is no guaranteed permanent archive or published fixed deletion period. Keep your own copy of any output you want to retain.

To request access, correction or deletion, contact support from your account email address. We may verify account ownership and explain any records that need to be retained for security, disputes or legal obligations. A deletion request to this website does not by itself confirm deletion from every third-party provider or from copies you shared elsewhere.

Security and disclosure

Access controls and service safeguards help protect account information and stored media. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Information may be disclosed when needed to comply with law, investigate abuse, resolve disputes or protect the service and its users.

We may revise this policy as the service changes. The date above identifies this version. Contact support if you need clarification before uploading a photo.
